Third Day of FRC Istanbul Regional

On the third day of the FRC Istanbul Regional, we faced the last three remaining classification matches. After these matches, we found ourselves in the 23rd position in the overall ranking.

Despite this modest position, we were chosen to form an alliance with two teams from Taiwan, with numbers 8806 and 7632, respectively securing the second and third places in the classification phase. It was an incredibly exciting and completely unexpected experience for us. Collaborating with teams from the other side of the world was a unique experience, confirming our strength and skills and proving that robotics brings together people from diverse cultures.

In the subsequent matches, we showcased our capabilities, winning all the duels on the way to the final. In the decisive match, we had to concede to the alliance of the team from Australia with the number 8613. Nevertheless, simply reaching the final stage and competing for victory was a tremendous achievement for us, demonstrating the determination and commitment of the entire team. After the competition, we received the finalist trophy and medals.

Ahead of us is the next similar event – the Bosphorus Regional. Armed with the lessons learned, we are more prepared than ever to face new challenges and present ourselves in the best possible light.
