Visit to the Blue Ivy Workshop
- FRC 2024 EN, Team Rabyte
- Team Rabyte
- March 4, 2024
Hello!
Today, we had the pleasure of visiting the workshop at Blue Ivy, the Turkish robotics team with number 9610. During the meeting, other teams were also present:
8725 – Misty Panther from Taiwan
8584 – Infinity Robotics from Taiwan
7539 – TEAM ELEV8 from India
9231 – Haydarpasa Panthers from Turkey
The discussions focused both on topics related to robotics and everyday life in our countries. The shared emotions due to the upcoming competitions proved to be a great driving factor in our conversations.
Blue Ivy showed us their space, which consists of a modified garage at their high school. On the arena they built, we were able to test our robot’s skills in practice and compare the performance of our robot with the results of other teams.
After the meetings concluded, we decided to continue our gathering with a communal dinner at a delicious Turkish restaurant.
In an atmosphere of relaxed conversations and laughter, we not only deepened our interest in robotics but also built strong intercultural bonds. Participating together in the FRC became an integral part of our meeting, highlighting that we share not only a common project but also create a friendly community of technology enthusiasts.
This meeting left us with not only positive impressions but also solid foundations for further cooperation and exchange of experience between the teams.
